Processing time

Decants are hand-filled to order from authentic bottles, so we don't ship from a warehouse of pre-boxed stock. Even so, we move quickly: most orders ship within 3 to 4 business days. Full bottles ship on the same timeline.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day, and an order that lands late in the afternoon may start the following morning. During big drops or holiday peaks, processing can run a little longer, and we'll keep you posted. You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking number the moment your shipping label is created.

Where & how we ship

We ship from New York across the United States via UPS. Once a package is on its way, standard delivery typically lands in about 2 to 5 business days depending on your distance from us.

Every order ships with tracking. Glass and liquid get packed with real care: snug padding, a sealed atomizer, and a box built to survive the trip.

Shipping rates

Your exact rate is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. As a rule of thumb:

• Orders over $100 ship free.
• A flat rate applies to smaller orders, and you'll see the amount before you pay.

International orders

Fragrance is a flammable liquid, which makes international air shipping a regulatory headache we won't pass on to you. For now, we ship within the United States only. If that changes, this is the first place we'll say so.

Tracking & delivery

Track any order from the link in your shipping email or through My Orders. Once tracking shows delivered, the package is in the carrier's hands and out of ours.

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us and we'll help you chase it down.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we print exactly what you enter. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once we hear from you, though a second shipping charge will apply.

Signature confirmation

To protect higher-value orders, packages worth $500 or more may ship with signature confirmation required at delivery. If you ask us to waive it where the carrier allows, we can't be responsible for theft or damage once the package is marked delivered.

Carrier delays

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Weather, holidays, and other disruptions can occasionally add a day or two. Delays like these are outside our control and don't qualify for a refund, but we're always glad to help you chase down a slow package.

Damaged, lost, or stolen

We pack glass and liquid to survive a rough ride, but if something goes wrong in transit we'll make it right. Report it within 7 days of delivery and include:

• A close-up photo of the damaged item
• Photos of all sides of the shipping box, including the label
• A photo of the interior packing, as it looked when you opened it

If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbors and your household first, then your local carrier, since a police report may be required to file a claim. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit. Full process in our Returns Policy.

Risk of loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier marks your order delivered. We'll always help you track down a missing package, but responsibility after that point rests with the carrier and their claims process.
